Founder,  CEO of Agilean, an 8-year old company which has become the leading  agile and lean consulting service provider in China. Her clients include PingAn (largest insurance group), Huawei, CMB (biggest Chinese retailing bank), and SF-Express (Chinese version of  UPS). She played a key role in helping ZhongAn Insurance achieve business agility and become world top FinTech company within a short period of time.

She is the translator for Chinese version of book Kanban In Action,  as well as a keen explorer in figuring out how to generate a constantly self-running innovation ecosystem within knowledge working organizations by mixing western business logic together with eastern philosophy. Her previous career background such as journalist (for Reuters), as well as diplomat (for EU / UNDP), allows her to add different perspectives when helping the organizations conquer the transforming difficulties and survive through their painful journey.
