Jeanine McGuire is passionate about empowering innovation. Having experienced firsthand waterfall and Agile development and having led operations teams in IT, healthcare and banking, she sees Kanban as a missing link in today’s workplace.  As an Accredited Kanban Trainer, she guides teams through implementing Kanban. As a PMP (project management professional), Lean Sensei and Six Sigma Master Black Belt, she also provides consulting services at Optum. Jeanine resides in Jacksonville, Florida.
